Is there a way to convert to 24 frames per second from 30 fps (camcorder)? - canon zr60 minidv digital get some at walmart instead
I use a Canon ZR60 MiniDV camera, and the only software I have is Windows Movie Maker, Pinnacle Pro 9, and I can get Adobe Premiere.
