Where can i complain a product that is defective and wont change it imidiately? - consumer rights wrong product

Ipod video, which I bought last Sunday ambassadorappliances aan, inc. turns around and deffective mall.and Greenhill is now back to replace it, but I was told that frist really deffective control and if this will change, but I have to wait 2 weeks before I can get my new camera again. I ask an agency of the DTI, whether good or bad? The consumer can someone help me, in the Philippines right, mine on the problem.

Unfortunately, once past the grace period of 5 days, the seller may try the product.
It depends on where you buy products. Some stores have an unconditional guarantee.
The big question is, why is not changed. Usually a lot of stores will be replaced immediately.
People often buy something, take it (for an evening gown, a TV for a Super Bowl game) and then back.
Would you buy something used, because he wanted more.
Even if it is defective, as a store asks me why I wanted a replacement.
